Student Assistant (STUMAL + Tutorium) for 19s

American Studies Graz is seeking applications from M.A. and Lehramt students in Anglistik/Amerikanistik interested in working as a student assistant (6hrs./week). Depending on availability, the contract might be renewed to include the next term.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Teaching the “Tutorium zur Fachprüfung II Amerikanische Literatur” (1 SSt)
- Teaching assistance (such as help preparing study materials, research on academic databases, maintaining moodle platforms, exam proctoring)
- Organizational work for the department
Qualifications
- Highly qualified M.A. and Lehramt students in Anglistik/Amerikanistik with a strong focus on American Literature
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Completion of the “Survey of American Literary History” and at least one more course in literary studies
- Successful completion of “Fachprüfung II Amerikanische Literatur”
