On behalf of the United States Embassy, and the Austro-American Society for Styria, it is our pleasure to alert you to a public event dedicated to celebration of the ongoing exchange and cooperation between the United States and Austria.
The Marshall Plan currently celebrates its 70th anniversary in Austria. To commemorate and celebrate this occasion, the US Embassy Vienna and the WKO Steiermark host a traveling exhibit, which will be opened by Dr. Daniel S. Mattern (US Embassy Public Relations Officer), at the WKO (Körblergasse 111-113) next Thursday (May 3) at 6 pm. The opening as well as the exhibit will showcase the lasting and ongoing impact of the Marshall Plan in Styria.
Having seen the exhibit up close during its opening in Klagenfurt a few weeks back, it is definitely worth a visit.
